My approach allows me to not only treasure and support my teammates but also to offer tailored, integrated, cost-effective outcomes, and solutions in an uplifting environment to maximize the quality of life for the family and their loved ones.

Caregiving is not just a job for me. Instead, I see it as passion, the greatest form of love, and a gift I can offer. With a successful background/experience of 12 plus years combined from different settings; Hospitals (ICU, PCU, PACU, ED, Med-Surg, and Post/Pre-Op), Skilled Nursing Facilities, Acute Care, Acute Rehab, and In-Home care as a CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant), Emergency Room Technician, and Home Care Aid. My leadership, compassion, reliability, dedication, knowledge, and professionalism became noticed which made me a trusted employee of many and allowed me to mentor/train CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) students during their clinical. During those times, I was able to imply to other people how to be a really good CNA/Caregiver not only physically but also in literacy. There were ups and downs throughout my journey but every time I have fallen, I came right back up smarter, and stronger. I embrace all the hardships to learn from and carry them with me to remind myself of my purpose. Knowing that I have established long-lasting trust and relationships with many employers, grateful families, and colleagues is what drives me to become an even better leader/care provider every day.
